Congratulations, Sakura-chan! I’ve been rooting for her since she auditioned for S/mileage, so this is wondful. Aaah, her voice is so good, and her face and personality are both very sweet. I do worry for her a bit, being the only winner, but I hope the 9th and 10th generations will support her as friends.

This also means that, for the past three auditions, my favorite has gotten in! Am I allowed to feel a bit smug?

(in other news, did Mizuki dye her hair brown, or is that just the stage lights?)

Any H!P fans following me who haven’t already seen this episode of Black Variety must make it a point to do so. Haruka does some serious beating on whatsisface here, Nakai hits on Masaki, and Momoko… does not make a friend.

Hello, group composed of extremely attractive ladies. Oh my god, Zukki’s hair, though. It’s so terrible, and it’s so obvious that she tried really hard and came up with that style all by herself. She’s probably so proud of it, the little dork. Oh Zukki, sweetie, I just want to dress you up in nice clothes and show you how to wear your hair so you don’t look like Cindy Lou Who.

Outfits for the new single?

No emotions either way about these outfits yet. They’re not chicken suits, but they’re not great, either. Anyway, thoughts: Mizuki is gorgeous, as usual, though personally I think pigtails don’t suit her. Thank goodness Zukki has something other than a high ponytail. I’m excited to see this outfit on her, actually, it looks like it’ll flatter her figure. Hi there Eripon, you are adorable and such. Why am I getting an Ichii Sayaka vibe from her? I love Haruka’s new short hair! I’m more excited about it than I should be. I want her and Masaki to become the new IshiYoshi (in a few years…) Sayumi is gorgey, as usual. I am very excited for her reign as Leader. HARUNA YOU BEAUTIFUL WOMAN LOOK AT YOU BEING ALL MODEL-LIKE AND PROFFESSIONAL. Though I wish she and Sayu had switched hairstyles. Reina is Reina. She never changes or looks different. I desperately want her to do something other than the side-fro and sparkly fringe. It’s been her go-to for what, 7 years now? Riho looks quite pretty. I’m impressed with her singing lately, too. I hope she keeps it up. Ishida is another beauty. 10th gen is just made up of beautiful girls. I hope she doesn’t cut her hair, because it looks really… I don’t know, healthy? It’s nice. Masaki is precious. Look at her little face. She is so happy and cute.
